Pennwood is ideally situated for backpacking expeditions, located adjacent to the Cotswold Way long-distance footpath.  

 

Pennwood is conveniently situated half way between Scout Campsites at Wotton-Under-Edge and Cranham, both of which are also adjacent to the Cotswold Way.

The site is also located amidst a network of public footpaths and bridle ways offering a great scope for expeditions, and is particularly suitable for Scouts undertaking the:
